Breakfast at home with a splash of pineapple-kiwi

Forget fancy hotels with their overly priced breakfast in bed.
I will take breakfast at home in a heartbeat.
Especially when are whipping up a batch of clean eating cottage cheese pancakes and pairing it with a glass of freshly juiced yum.

ingredients:
1/2 pineapple cut into wedges
3 kiwi
2 oranges
Serves 4

The kids really enjoyed this juice.
Perhaps the colour green from last nights juice set them off?
Who knows.
Two days in and so far I am really enjoying experimenting with both veggie and fruit recipes.
The kids are a little hesitant but I’m sure they will come around.
Maybe I need to find some “kid”friendly recipes that smuggle the “greens” in?
