Well perhaps there’s a reason for all the fuss: we need to reset our bodies and I can’t think of a better way to start.
There are lots of websites raving about the importance of “raw foods” and a few of our friends are into juicing so we are going to give it a try and see.

*4 peaches pitted
*4 celery stalls
Honestly, once you get past the green colour and just try the juice it’s pretty good.
Light and refreshing.
Next time I think I will add less celery because that’s all you can taste.
I’m excited to see how I feel after 30 days juicing.
Will I have more energy?
Will I lose weight?
I’m not sure but I’m excited to find out.
